As well as being a qualified lawyer and teacher, I have spent the past 15 years working to advance Black and ethnic minority people in their professional work and lives.
I've worked on the National Police Chiefs' Council Police Race Action Plan and have overseen all 44 forces on the implementation and delivery of their Anti-racism work.
